This apartment is in the center, on the second floor - accessible only by stairs- close to the metro, restaurants and a traditional market. All major monuments are within walking distance. You have two bathrooms in the apartment, a kitchen and dinning area. You have a sofa and flat screen tv on your room with cable channels.

Although the building has almost 150 years, this two room apartment has been renovated and it´s practical, with a fresh decoration. It's on the second floor.  From the dinning area and kitchen windows, you see the Town Hall, just at a 200 meter walk. The kitchen is fully equiped.

The nearest metro station (5 minutes walking - Trindade Station) has a direct metro to the airport and both train stations São Bento and Campanhã.

Neighborhood

Although parking is difficult , the fact that the apartment is situated in the heart of the city makes it much easier. It is close to the night atractions but it is a quiet street. It has a minimarket 1 min walking, the famous Galleries are within 5 min and the Ribeira at a 14 min walk.
