Two bedroom Apartment

It is in an apartment on the third floor (top floor) -accessible only by stairs- in the center of the city, close to the metro, restaurants and a traditional market. All major monuments are within walking distance. You have a sofa and flat screen tv with cable channels on the small living. Although the building has almost 150 years, this two room apartment has been renovated a few years ago and it´s practical, with a fresh decoration. From the kitchen, fully equiped, you see the Town Hall, just at a 200 meter walk. In the kitchen you will have  an induction plate, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher.

I will always be nearby if you need anything. The apartment will be clean before check in. All linen will be changed every 7 days in longer stays. We´ve made a small book with relevant info about the area, and we´ll always be here for any other info.

It is not suitable for children (up to 12 years old).

Animals are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted.

Events are not allowed.

At check-out the accommodation must be left as it was at check-in (in the event of damage, it must be reported).

The identification data of all guests must be provided, before or during check-in, to the authorities of the country.

The nearest metro station (5 minutes walking - Trindade) has a direct metro to the airport and both train stations São Bento and Campanhã.

Although parking is difficult , the fact that the apartment is situated in the heart of the city makes it much easier. It is close to the night attractions but it is a quiet street. It has a minimarket 1 min walking, the famous Galleries are within 5 min and the Ribeira at a 14 min walk.
